There are times in life where words are just not enough. Could it be? Could it be that there may be more than just words? More than just a reminder that we are so small and that there is a world, a scarier, a more comforting world that the one that brews within my head. Could a song take you to a place that your passport doesn’t have a visa for or your pocket the money to buy a ticket for? Could a memory push you to a place you’ve never been to or make you go back to a place you’ve spent 23 years running away from? Could your reflection make you cringe like the smell of marijuana in your mouth from the breath of your rapist? Could your hands tell a story that no language has the words for? Even if there were a language, sometimes words are just not enough.
